With the ever growing demand for quality services in mind, PKS has implemented a Quality Management System based on the PN-EN ISO 9001:2009 standard. The main elements of the system are focused on:
- full execution of the set time tables
- improvement of safety, effectiveness and quality of the offered transport services,
- improvement of customer service quality
- continuous improvement of our employees awareness of the requirements of our customers
- fuel quality and safety assurance
While creating the System, PKS Mrągowo sp. z o.o. undertakes to comply with legal requirements, requirements agreed upon with the Customer and to continuously improve and enhance the Quality Management System.
In order to provide you with the highest quality of service, our company's Quality Management System was evaluated by DAS (Direct Assessment Services) on the basis of guidelines of the International Accreditation Forum (IAF). The positive outcome of the evaluation of our QMS is confirmed by certificate No. P 085 valid until 29 March 2010 for the following scope of activities:
- Regular transport, occasional transport, public transport.
- Technical inspections of vehicles.
- Fuel sales.
